1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of New Zealand only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Flex Fitness Equipment and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period: Competition runs from the 1st to 31st October 2025. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Entry must be completed via the online entry form on our website. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize: The prize consists of a home gym setup as detailed in the competition advertisement. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn on 5th November 2025. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner within 10-14 business days after the winner has confirmed their delivery details. Flex Fitness Equipment is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
