The Half Rack is an optional addition to the F70 Max, allowing you to integrate your existing barbell and plates for a full range of compound exercises. Along with the Half Rack, you'll receive several useful attachments: Dip Handles, a Foam Pad attachment for Lat exercises, Foot Plate attachment for Rows, Landmine Rotating attachment, and 2 Band Pegs. The F70 Max also includes J-Hooks and Spotter Arms for added versatility and safety. The uprights feature laser-cut holes and numbering for easy adjustments, and the top of the rack is equipped with a black powder-coated multi-grip pull-up bar. The rack features rear hooks designed to securely store your Spotter Arms and Dip Handles.
